Keith and I are both losing weight. One way we are going to continue this process is not to eat fast food for the month of June. The weekends are the worst for us since we are not home most weekend days. It will just take planning.
Monday through Friday I planned out meals. Two days are packable meals that we can eat picnic style. I am also getting bored with what I am cooking. We will be trying a lot of new recipes. I will link them to the post after we try them.
