Peppermint Chocolate Snowflakes

These are the cookies that I made for my clients.  I will also be making them for a cookie exchange.

Chocolate Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup crushed candy canes
Powdered Sugar

Put in a bowl cake mix and candy canes mix together briefly.
Add oil and eggs and mix into dough.

Shape into balls and cover with powdered sugar.

Bake 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees.

I used a teaspoon to measure the same amount for each cookie and I was able to make 7 1/2 dozen cookies.
