ShapelyGirl Workout Crew Week 1

One week down of reviewing ShapelyGirl Fitness DVD Low Impact Cardio.

I think I am going to keep all opinions of the DVD to myself at this point.  You will need to tune in for more.

Struggles - This DVD is different than any other workout DVD I have tried.  I am having a hard time getting into it.  I feel like I am needing more.  Other struggles.  We had major electric issues this week and I couldn't even get anything to work on Friday - so I missed a workout this week.  However that day we did go to the park and walked around the lake 1.5 miles.  Hubs asked several times to slow down {yes, I tend to speed walk}.

The other thing I am not going to revel until the final review ... my measurements or the final picture.

Breakthroughs - Weight, I am down.  The scale this morning said 230.  That would be 7 pounds.  I have been known to fluctuate as much as 10 pounds.  So, the final weight will be interesting to see.  


  1. I am using the DVD with weights and I love it. I have lost 1/2 inch around my waist and still going strong.

    1. I was going to get that one, but wasn't sure if I still had a set of weights. Of course I found them after I made my selection. Keep up the great work!
