It is one that I will keep in my collection of pot luck dishes. I am not sure how much of a regular it will be in our dinner menus.
It was easy to make with few ingredients. It would go great for a cookout side dish. Keith enjoyed it, but would not like it on a regular basis.
I would give it a 6 on tastiness, a 7 on ease of preparation, and a 3 on ability for leftovers. (Got a little soggy.)
