Sometimes I just need to be Mommy
This afternoon I stopped trying to get things done. I stopped thinking about all the I should be doing this or that. I stopped thinking about anything other than this beautiful little girl. She is growing up just too fast. (All moms say that don't they)

I say it all the time about all my kids. They grow up way to fast.
ReplyDeleteAw, what a cutie she is! Yes, all Moms do say that their children grow up so fast but I think that is because once you become a parent, it does! Sometimes I just wish I could freeze time for a little bit. Even being with my daughter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it still goes by fast!!! Lol...and I totally agree with you that sometimes we just need to put everything aside and be "Mommy". Great post!

Yes, we do all say that at one time or another but it is the truth. Sometimes we just have to step back from the day to day stuff and relish in the moment with our children. They are only little once and one day we will miss this. Glad you were able to spend sometime with your little girl.

Hi. Thanks for stopping by, I'm following you back. Yes, time does seem to speed up with kids, doesn't it? I know what you mean about just letting things go and just be mom at that moment. I still struggle to find balance even if it alludes me most of the time ;).
