10 Reason I love this time of the Year

September 1 starts a very busy time of the in our family.  Recently posted about it in more detail.  But there are reasons why I love this time of the year.

So today's OhAmanda Top 10, 10 Reasons why I love this time of the year.

1. 10 birthdays before the end of the year. 
2. Honey Crisp Apples! (We just went to our first apple festival) - Hop over to Touch of Home Learning for more about our visit to Hidden Valley Farm.
3. We will be visiting 2 fall farms this year!  One in Milford (local-ish) and one down in Georgetown, KY (to visit with G-ma and Papco - no idea where that came from, but that is what he is called, sorry Dad).
4. Decorating for fall to hold off my obsession with Christmas. 
5. Taking Kaitlyn Trick or Treating as Dorothy the Dinosaur from The Wiggles.  (Thanks to Mom for making the costume - which is currently in KY and we will be picking it up at Georgetown farm visit.
6. Amazing weather (when it's not raining) and Great Colors!
7. Layering!  Okay seeing that I am 8 months preggers, this is not easy for me this year, but one of the things I typically love!
8. Our little boy will be joining our family in November.  
9. Tons of shopping!
10. Tons of crafting!

I am so excited for September to get here.  It is always so busy from September to December, but it's always so much fun!  We prepare for this time of the year all year long - mainly budget wise.  It helps it not be stressful!  Next week I think my top 10 will be ways to de-stress your holidays.  I am good at that too.  :)
